1996 Jaguar Vanden Plas 4.0L Tilt Steering Column
Hello everybody, I need info on tilt mechanism. The column will telescope when ignition key is put in and will adjust in and out properly. The tilt will go all the way down but will not go all the way up. I looked at it and found the plate with two small bolts...
