02 Jaguar X-Type had OE pump that was making a noise similar to an old Ford PS pump. Replaced with aftermarket pump and was even noisier. Replaced with Jaguar pump and still making noise. Cannot find any restrictions and the pump is not cavitating. Any ideas?
