1994 Jaguar XJS conv.,4.0L,has no power [...] pump runs [...] pressure at outlet of pump and is 2600 PSI or 180 [...] does not run continuously with guage [...] at 180 bar and will run if you crack open the bleeder on the [...] when you close it.
