2003 Jaguar S-Type 3.0L Electronic
Vehicle came in with the parking brake applying while
driving a ratcheting sound heard and also a feeling similar
to a surge in sync with the ratcheting sound. There was a
code in the parking brake module for the hall effect
circuit failure (C1799).
