2002 Jaguar XK8 4.0L Quarter Glass

Hi Guys

One of my tech who no longer works here replaced the hydraulic latch for the convertible top and the hoses. The customer called back a couple weeks later and said the quarter glass would not go up all the way. Of course they said it NEVER worked right...
