2001 Saab 9-5 2.3t 2.3L HVAC - wipers
Weird one here, wipers cycle on low speed when you try and use heater. also you can hear the washer pump operating, But no air blows from blower [...] wipers stay on until you shut off the HVAC unit. the wipers work normally if HVAC is turned off. Scanned code...
