a/c does not work,no power to the compressor,evac and recharged to make sure refridgerant level was ok,fuse box on the battery is ok,tested psi switch-its ok[30% duty cycle]what i am missing is the 11 volt referance at t14/3 at the cooling fan control [...] 11...
