1990 Plymouth Voyager LE 3.0L Limp Mode
The transmission is in limp mode. there is no power to
engage ETAX relay. If I power the relay, when you put it in
drive, the Torque convertor locks up. There is no power to
pin 56 and 57 unless you power the ETAX relay.
