1998 Dodge Caravan LE 3.8L shift
this is an itermintent problem, service engine light comes on , will not shift out of low. checking codes with generic scan tool, 0700 and 1766. as soon as I clear codes, it will shift fine and not have any problems for weeks. it is a very intermintent problem...
