1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L 3rd Ratio Error
hey guys,this stratus stays in 2nd gear when codes are [...] on scanner the switch batt volts 13-14 v when codes arent present,but as soon as the codes come on the volts go to 0.0v .same three codes come back [...] tcm,trans solenoid pack,input and output [......
