1997 Dodge Ram 1500 ST 5.9L Speedometer
My question is has anyone been able to reprogram the ECM using a Tech1, OTC, or a Snap-on Scan tool to correct the speedometer? Or is the only option going to a aftermarket tool that is vehicle specific?
