Cannot fill wiyh fuel at normal flow. Must put in very slow, or will spew out. Can't find any TSB's. Pulled tank to inspect, but found no "kinks" in filler hose & check valve moves freely. I suspect a problem with the vapor recovery system or the fuel flow man...
