2002 Jeep Liberty Limited 3.7L Radiator Cooling Fan
Car came in with dead battery. The radiator cooling fan won't shut off with ignition off. I tapped on ecm and relay and wiggled all the harness. No codes and tried to use the ATM to turn fan off and on but the snap on red brick comes up with no comunication un...
