1996 Dodge Intrepid 3.3L Radiator Fans
when engine is cold or hot both radiator fans are running on high speed, they first start out on lower speed than 10sec. or soo they go to high speed.. coolant temp is reading ok on obd2.. poss in op rad fan switch?
