2001 Chrysler LHS 3.5L Overheats

Not making any sense of this one. After driving or idleing, temp gauge goes up to 3/4 and high speed fans come on. The low speed fans come on, but won't cool engine. At idle , radiator is hot in inlet side and cool on outlet side. I'm feeling the air from the ...
