Hi All, Stuck in a rut here- I cannot see where the heck the signal wire is hitting 5 V constantly- I switched out a known good PCM and was the same. Traced the orange w blue and it shows fro ECM to TPS to TCC i cannot find the TCC not on pass fender nor drive...
