	 1989 Jeep Wrangler 4.2L Alternator 
		
		This alternator won't charge. Had it bench tested and it is ok. Did a voltage drop on the ground, the BAT and the #2 regulator wire all 3 are at .01V The #1 wire from the ignition has stepped down voltage with the key on. I talked to a tech support individual ...
