1994 Dodge Dakota 3.9L Starter motor
Vehicle towed in. Brand new (Bosch) starter (installed by customer) just 'whirs'. We checked the basics (battery charge, voltage drop on + and - sides, etc.) and then tried another new starter. Same thing. Something seems to be stopping the drive-gear from mov...
