2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 4.0L Wipers
after driving vehicle and sitting for aprox 1 hour . when restarting wipers will run and all gauge needles will sweep. unable to shut wipers off unless battery is disconected. sometimes while driving also and lights will dim.
