1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 3.9L Buss Ground Has 9 Volts
Truck came in to have motor rebuilt . Upon reinstalling motor found that the truck will not start . The bus ground wire is registering 9 volts . Lights etc working , no codes , no check engine light but vehicle will not start , has power to bus ground . Crank ...
