1996 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.0L Wiper Park Operation
I have a problem child here. I have a 96 Grand Caravan that when turning the wipers off, they go down to park position, than come back up about 6-8 inches. I have tried adjusting arms, adjusting linkage arm on motor, replaced wiper motor and nothing has change...
