2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring 2.4L Headlights and Running Lights.
Came in with no headlights or running lights. started testing fuses and found that the fuses pertaining to the lights under the dash were dead. I reversed my test light (hooked to positive) and when you turn on the headlights they show a perfect ground. Usuall...
