1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager Expresso 3.3L Cooling fans
Seems like a simple repair. But I can not locate the cooling fan relay on this van. Shop manual said it is located in the power dist center under hood. The 40 amp fuse is the only thing labled for the cooling fans and it is good. Tested all relays in the cente...
