2001 Dodge Grand Caravan ES 3.3L Windows, HVAC,
I have had this van in and out for the past year. Customer
complaint is that the windows, Blower, Radio dont work for
the first 5 minuts. Or until she drives at freeway speeds.
She can also get everything to work if she turns on the
rear wiper.
