	 1998 Chrysler Cirrus LXi 2.5L Theft System 
		
		Came in with stall after start condition. I have a OTC monitor 4000E which can communicate with the different modules but I can't do more than see that they are working. I suspect a theft system problem. Mitchel says car will not even turn over after 5 attempt...
