2000 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L Rad cooling fan
The radiator cooling fan won't come on with A/C or when
engine heats up. I am 99% sure the problem is with the
solid state fan controller. I have checked the fan's
operation by supplying hot and ground to the proper wire
and it runs fine.
