2001 Dodge Neon ES 2.0L Surge, MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in with no power. Put in a cat old one plugged. Timing off half a tooth replaced belt. Cam code present signal dropping out replace sensor code gone. Vehicle now runs ok. Still have surge comes in right a way but gets worse as the car warms up. Do...
