1989 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4.0L No Start
Vehicle does not start at this time. Vehicle does have spark. Vehicle does have injector pulse. There is minimal voltage to the fuel pump (not 12 volts)-- fuel pump does not function unless we manually supply 12 volts. Found broken ballast resistor and replace...
