1999 Dodge Neon High Line 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, Misfire
Good day people. I might be missing something very basic here, but I am trying to find this oproblem without changing parts galore. The vehicle will start up fine, but idle poorly for the first few minutes and then smooth out. The TPS sensor seems within specs...
