1997 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 5.2L Excessive Emissions, MIL Lamp on
This truck will reset the MIL in a few minutes (P0132). The scan tool shows .98 v on the O2 sensor all the time. The wires on the sensor are frayed and bare. I unplugged the sensor to see if the votage would drop, but it stayed at .98 v. I don't think a new O2...
