1997 Dodge Intrepid 3.3L Surge, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on
I would greatly appeciate any help and thanks in advance.. Customer came in with the complaint of the wipers turn on, the speedo fluctuates up and down, and engine looses power/surges all at the same time several times a day. Test drove for miles but never act...
