1996 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4.0L No Start
Greetings, Well we have a 1996 Jeep back with a no start condition. There is no check engine light on, scanner won't communicate and there is no spark or fuel pump action. We have checked power to the ECM and all grounds and looks like the REF voltage goes up ...
