1996 Chrysler Concorde LX 3.3L MIL Lamp on, NO COMMUNICATION
car will not pass inspection because pcm will not communicate with inspection stations computer. using the brick i can read the tcm and bcm codes and data, but when going under engine it will not communicate. the car runs fine but there is a check engine light...
