Have this 02 Dakota, 3.9 auto,came in stalled and check enginelight on it has a code P0123 tps voltage high, we have 5.5 on the ref voltage and 4.98 on the sig when it should be around .6 volt, even if the tps is unplugged the voltage is still high, have trace...
