2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.3L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, runs rich on idle
This caravan runs rich on idle when cold. Plugs get fouled. I changed iac valve, map sensor, fuel filter and a oil change. There are no codes and able to scan pcm with scan tool. Customer complane about hard starting and engine light goes on and off. Any help ...
