1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager Expresso 3.3L MIL Lamp on, gauges/trans/abs
with snap on 2500 scanner I have cannot get into the tcm or body control module unless I pull the ignition fuse in the power dist centre under the hood (40 amp maxi)then I can get into and read data on both. Here is the weird part if i put the fuse back in I l...
