1992 Dodge B250 3.9L No Start
Looking for dodge guru, This van came in as a no start- no spark problem. plugged in scan tool to look for rpm signal and got a no communication error. I then cleaned the terminals of the data connector and tried again. This time the scanner worked. went to ch...
