The O2 voltage climbs over 5 volts with scan tool. With the O2 unpluged the voltage dose the same thing. We pulled the O2 sig wire out of the PCM connector and back probed it(termal 41) with a DMM the voltage on the DMM matched the scan data. I tryed a New (re...
