1999 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Hesitation, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on
This truck will usually cut out for a split second or two,
at 2200 rpm under load, and at that time the check engine
light comes on, storing code p1689=no com between ecm and
inj pump module.
