2005 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0L No Start
Hi fellow techs, sure need some help. this car floods the spark plugs not always; it does not have codes either. came in on the towing. so I checked the timing all matches, checked for spark and it was there, checked compression all had about 160 PSI excep...
