2007 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.8L MIL Lamp on

High everyone, Hope someone can clear something up. Is the heater % on the B1S2 O2 sensor supposed to fall off after start up? After replacing the PCM the codes have not returned as of yet. The monitors have run and passed But I don't know if this is normal.
