1999 Dodge Intrepid 3.2L No Start, Stall
Vehicle has a no / hard start after a hot soak of about 20 minutes. the fuel is vaporising in the rail . if I bleed the rail down it starts every time , runs a bit rough and then runs fine. I am aware of the tsb for this car , but my local dodge dealer said it...
