1998 Dodge Dakota 3.9L Low Power
I suspect the flywheel to be broken, however when I check the ignition timing with scan tool its in sync at 0 degrees. I believe someone may has adjusted ignition timing attempting to repair this truck. I would like an opinion on this picture as to the possibi...
