no throttle movement at all. Runs fine at idle. App sensor 1 voltage is .8v @idle 4.08v @wot. App sensor 2 is .4v @idle 2.01v @wot. Wiring from PCM to throttle body has all been checked for continuity, shorts to ground and to voltage, and load tested. All good...
