2008 Chrysler Town & Country Touring 3.8L No Start
This vehicle has been at the dealership and they gave up. They installed a TIPM and a WIN module. Currently we can communicate with the TIPM but nothing else. Tested powers and grounds at the PCM and they are good. It looks like they have had the PCM out but I...
