2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8L No Start
Customer said "van never had problem before fuel pump was installed". We have checked fuel pressure and volume. Everything looks fine. I have a fuel pump command to relay and relay is picking up in prime mode. Only does this first time they start it in the mor...
