1998 Plymouth Neon High Line 2.0L No Start
Noid lite shows cam and crank signal at pcm, coming in. No ground pulse sig coming out. Always out of sync between the 2 sensors, with no spark or pulse. Have cked grounds, and will ck again now. What would cause the no sync condition between the cam and crank...
