2000 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L Emission Monitors
Car came in for emission reject because it wont run cat,egr and o2 [...] ran only o2 heater but not cat,o2,and [...] doesnt support evap and only has purge solenoid and not leak detection [...] up on mitchell and talks how cat will run when evap is being check...
