1992 Dodge Dynasty 3.3L No Start
the car came in on the hook as no start. i checked codes and done basic [...] injector pulse or fire .. also while cranking it kind of sounds like its out of time.. i did notice the crank saying no for few seconds while cranking then sayin yes and the cam sayi...
