2003 Dodge Intrepid SE 3.5L No Start
After changing head gaskets car is a no start, has spark and injectors are dumping fuel, upon looking at scanner data I'm finding that the cat model is reading -83 degrees F, tried unplugging all of the o2 sensors and made no difference. Unplugged coolant temp...
